Kyle P.

Kyle P. is an experienced software developer with a diverse background in engineering and technology. Currently working at Discord since March 2018, Kyle has previously held roles such as Lead Engineer at Riff, where responsibilities included architecting and maintaining features for a livestreaming website. Earlier experience includes developing web and iOS applications at Meetup, shipping an iOS app for the Splatoon community while at Funemployed, and working as a HackNY Fellow at Ordr.in. Kyle began a career in technology as a co-op developer at the Nanotechnology Research Center, focusing on legacy PHP and Django web applications. Kyle holds a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Information Internetworks from the Georgia Institute of Technology, complemented by a brief academic experience in Hong Kong.
