Jay started with Discotech in May 2021 and focuses on customer support and operations. He has been in the call center industry for almost 9 years now and prides himself on his exceptional customer service abilities. Recently, he worked as a case manager for Airbnb prior to joining the team. During his spare time, he loves reading the movement of the market through charts such as forex, cryptocurrency and the stock market. Also, he loves exploring new places by backpacking around the Philippines.
