Lorena Silva

Lorena started with Discotech in June 2021 and focuses on customer support. Prior to Discotech, Lorena used to be an Assistant Branch Head in an electronic store for 3 years, earning top performer awards at the biggest cable/internet provider in the US. She was later promoted to a team support manager for almost 2 years. In her spare time, she loves to volunteer and do community service, go to the beach, and cook her own version of Asian dishes.
