Thu Dao is the Group Supply Business Intelligence Leader at Discova, where they enhance profitability by providing critical financial analysis and developing strategic commercial recommendations. With over 15 years in the travel industry, Thu has held various roles in Operations, Reservations, Sales, and Supplier Management. They previously managed Contracting teams across five Southeast Asian countries and have a decade of expertise in hotel contracting and supplier management. Thu holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism from the College of Social Sciences & Humanities and a Master of Business Administration from CFVG.
