Currently serving as Executive Director at both Discover Digital and Novate Sports Media (Pty) Limited since March 2014, Watson previously held significant roles such as Group Executive Marketing, Communications and Events at Blue IQ Investment Holdings (Pty) Limited from December 2009 to February 2014, and Chief Executive Officer at Gauteng Motorsport Company (Pty) Limited from December 2008 to November 2009. Watson's experience also includes key positions with the 2010 FIFA World Cup Local Organising Committee as Tournament Director & Event Manager from April 2007 to November 2008, Global General Manager at A1 Grand Prix from 2004 to 2007, and Test driver & AX3 driver at Arrows Grand Prix from 1998 to 2002.
