Discover Performance Advisory (DPA) has been helping people and organisations perform at their best since 1994.

We deliver practical, results-driven training and consulting programs across two core areas, Short-Term Rental education for property owners and investors, and leadership and performance consulting for senior teams and organisations.

Everything we do is grounded in real-world experience. We don't teach theory, we share what we've built, tested, and proven ourselves across decades of hands-on work in both the property and corporate worlds.

Short-Term Rental Programs: We help property owners, investors, and buyers agents build scalable, profitable STR businesses. Our training programs, from beginner through to advanced mastery, cover everything from pricing strategy and platform optimisation to guest experience, operations, and multi-property scaling. Our programs run face-to-face across Sydney and Melbourne.

Leadership & Performance Consulting: We partner with CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams during periods of strategic change and leadership transition. Our work spans executive coaching, culture transformation, leadership facilitation, presentation skills, and selling skills, delivered to some of Australia's most recognised organisations including Cochlear, Westpac, Boeing, Pfizer, and Fletcher Building.
