Mon Lee has over two decades of experience in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Imaging, with roles ranging from Senior Consulting to Technical Director Service Delivery. Mon has worked with companies such as Discover Technologies, TSymmetry, IBM, Impact Innovations Systems Inc., and Information Management Consultants. Mon's expertise includes architecting and implementing ECM solutions for various industries, specializing in technologies such as EMC Documentum and Captiva.

Mon Lee graduated from Virginia Tech in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. In 2016, Mon Lee obtained the Alfresco Certified Administrator (ACA) certification, and in 2022, obtained the Certified System Administrator - ServiceNow certification from ServiceNow.
