DYT helps people aged 16 – 40+ achieve career satisfaction. Our clients generally fall into four groups:

1.	High school students choosing their career path (aged 16-18). 
2.	Post-secondary students (university, college, etc.) who are confused about their career direction.
3.	Adults of all ages thinking of making a career change/transition.
4.	Stay-at-home parents wanting to return to the workforce
