Discovered was born from a simple desire to use what is on our plates to make positive change for our environment, health & communities. 

We partner with private landowners and professional hunters across the east coast of Australia to ethically harvest wild overpopulated and invasive species, bringing nutrient dense delicious and low carbon protein to dinner tables. From wild Sambar venison in the Victorian Alpines to wild boar in the NSW Western Ranges we see the problem as the solution - an opportunity to restore ecological balance while bringing some of the best meat in the world to you. 

Our mission is to drive new conversations about our food systems, sustainability, and what it means to be a truly conscious carnivore.
