Neil Charter has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and management. Neil started their career as a Scientist at UC Berkeley in 1995 and continued in this role until 2002. During this time, they gained valuable research experience.

In 2002, Neil joined Eurofins DiscoverX as a Scientist and later became the Director of LeadHunter Profiling and Screening Services.
