Emma Marsh began their career as a Care Assistant before moving on to become a Support Worker and then a Supported Employment Coordinator at Somerset County Council for over two decades. Currently, Emma works as a Supported Employment Coordinator and Acting Assistant Locality Manager at Discovery since March 2017. Emma completed their education at Bucklers Mead Community School from September 1991 to July 1996.
