John Smith, MPA, CHCO, is currently the Facility CEO at the Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program and the owner of Fundamental Training Solutions, where they provide training for various certification programs approved by the California Department of Social Services. Smith has previously held key leadership roles, including Program Administrator at Anka Behavioral Health, Inc., and Director of Residential Services at Maryvale. With a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from National University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University-Los Angeles, Smith possesses extensive experience in training and compliance within the behavioral health and residential service sectors.
