Randy Vanhoof

Randy Vanhoof has a distinguished career in the automotive industry, spanning over three decades. Randy has been semi-retired since July 2022, holding this status at DISHER. Prior to this, Randy spent a significant portion of time at Yanfeng Global Automotive, serving as a Senior Surface Development Engineer from August 1986 until July 2022. Throughout the same timeframe, Randy also held multiple positions at Johnson Controls, including Lead Surfacer and Class A Surfacer, showcasing expertise in surface development and engineering.
