Matthew Mitchell is a seasoned technical specialist with extensive experience in user support and system management, particularly within the custom SharePoint environment for the Department of the Navy Human Research Protection Program. Since November 2016 at Disk Enterprise Solutions, Inc., Matthew has developed training tools, monitored system integrity, and documented system requirements. Prior to this, Matthew served as a senior consultant and lead business analyst at Washington Consulting, where similar responsibilities were fulfilled. Additionally, between November 2005 and June 2015, Matthew managed quality control and multimedia production at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, focusing on website development and increasing national awareness through innovative media strategies. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Virginia Tech.
