Joe Franco

Joe Franco is an experienced IT professional with a focus on DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering. They began their career as a Clerk Typist at the Los Angeles Public Library before advancing to managerial roles at UCLA and the Institute for Neuroimaging and Informatics, where they significantly improved infrastructure and resource management.
