Chris Kramer

Chris Kramer has extensive experience in hospitality management, primarily with Disney Experiences since October 2016, currently serving as Rooms Manager at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. Previous roles include Front Office Guest Experience Manager at Disney's Coronado Springs and Guest Experience Manager at Disney's Pop Century. Chris has also held temporary assignments and positions at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Prior to Disney, Chris was a Guest Experience Manager at Port Orleans, managing operations and safety standards while supporting team collaboration. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Auburn University and a degree from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Other experiences involve internships in networking and sales, as well as coaching young swimmers.
