Rolondo Talbott

Rolondo Talbott is a Neuroinclusion Strategist and trauma-informed advocate, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Disney Experiences. Previously, they were a Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Business Partner at Amazon Robotics and have extensive experience in various leadership roles, including as a Combat Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force. Rolondo also owned South Coast Luxury Auto Management Group, where they excelled in luxury automobile negotiations. They hold a degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and have been recognized for their innovative business practices throughout their career.
