Ryan True is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and aviation. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Disney Experiences since September 2021, Ryan has previously held various recruiting roles at Walt Disney World and 4 Corner Resources. Prior aviation experience includes positions as First Officer at PSA Airlines, Inc., and Training Group Leader at L3Harris Commercial Aviation, where Ryan managed talent acquisition teams and developed hiring strategies. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation from Central Washington University and an MBA from Grand Canyon University.
