Allison J. Smith, MBA, is a Senior Systems Engineer at Disney Cruise Line, where they have orchestrated the migration of mobile devices across the organization and overseen the expansion of mobile technology from under 50 to over 5,500 devices. With 20 years of experience, they developed key processes for device management and procurement, successfully deploying technology solutions for multiple Disney properties. Previously, Allison served in various technical roles at Geek Squad and Disney Cruise Line, where they enhanced IT operations and supported system improvements. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media from the University of Central Florida.
