Amy Araya

Amy Araya is currently a Corporate Counsel at Amazon Studios, specializing in development and production legal for LATAM projects. They have been admitted to the Florida and DC Bars and are a pending applicant for registration as in-house counsel in California. Amy previously served as Senior Counsel for ViacomCBS, managing business and legal affairs for original unscripted programming, and held various legal positions, including Judicial Fellow at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Manager of Business & Legal Affairs at HBO Latin America. They earned a J.D. with honors from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.S. in Communications, Business Administration, and Spanish from the University of Florida.
