Amy Geist

Amy Geist has extensive experience in higher education and student affairs, having held significant roles at various institutions. Initially, at California State University, Long Beach, as the Coordinator of Student Life and Development, responsibilities included advising Greek organizations, managing recruitment processes, and collaborating with various committees. Geist served as a Collegiate Leadership Consultant for Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, facilitating workshops and supporting chapter development across multiple states. At NASPA, titles included Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and Operations, focusing on grant management and practitioner engagement. Additional roles included positions at the University of Notre Dame, where responsibilities spanned from supporting over 300 student groups to leading talent acquisition efforts, and various recruitment roles at The Walt Disney Company. Geist holds a Master of Arts in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science from Jacksonville University.
