Andi Rusu

Andi Rusu is a seasoned product design and research leader currently serving as a Senior Product Design Manager at The Walt Disney Company, where they are spearheading initiatives to unify employee experiences with a focus on AI-powered digital solutions. Previously, Andi held significant roles at Axon, Sonos, Microsoft, and Deloitte, contributing to user experience design and strategy across various platforms. Their extensive career began as an Art Director and Creative Director in early e-commerce and gaming, evolving through leadership positions in recognized companies. Andi also has a strong background in education, having taught design at Cornish College of the Arts and the School of Visual Concepts.
