Barbara Bouza

Barbara Bouza, FAIA is an accomplished architect and leader in the design and entertainment sectors. Barbara has held significant roles at The Walt Disney Company, including serving as Former President of Walt Disney Imagineering from April 2024 and as President from June 2020 to April 2024, overseeing business management, design, and development. Prior to their tenure at Disney, Barbara was Managing Director and Principal at Gensler from October 2001 to June 2020. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and has pursued further education at the Architectural Association.
