Beth Baier has extensive legal experience in the entertainment industry, currently serving as Assistant Chief Counsel and previously as Principal Counsel for Media Distribution at The Walt Disney Company since January 2013. Prior to this role, Beth worked at Warner Home Video from March 1992 to December 2012 as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs and General Counsel. Earlier in her career, Beth was an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP between November 1985 and March 1992. Beth Baier earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, attending from 1981 to 1984.
