Bill Bailey

Bill Bailey has extensive experience in the fields of law and government relations, currently serving as Senior Vice President at The Walt Disney Company since April 2006. Prior to this role, Bill held various significant positions including Senior Vice President of Government Relations at XM Satellite Radio (2004-2006) and Senior Counsel at the United States Senate (2002-2004). Bill's background also includes serving as Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Commerce (NTIA) during the George W. Bush Administration, and experience as Assistant General Counsel at CoreExpress Inc. and Assistant Vice President at NorthPoint Communications. Bill began a legal career as an Attorney at the Federal Communications Commission and Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. Bill holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Math, and English from James Madison University.
