Chen Jill

Chen Jill is an experienced general manager currently serving as the Executive Director & GM of Consumer Product Korea at The Walt Disney Company. Previously, Chen held various roles within Disney, including Director for Consumer Products in China and Executive Director for Direct-To-Consumer Retail in Greater China & Korea. Before joining Disney, Chen worked at Avon as a Brand Manager for Makeup and held several positions at Nike and adidas, focusing on apparel and product management. Chen earned a BS in Cooperative Economics from National Chung Hsing University and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
