Christopher Bailey-Smith is a technology delivery leader specializing in agile and release practices. Presently, Christopher leads a team focused on implementing business agility best practices across the Walt Disney Company's Enterprise Technology organization, while previously managing global IT learning and collaboration at Activision. They hold a BFA in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory.
