Devon Figge

Devon Figge is an experienced project and event manager currently working at The Walt Disney Company since December 2021, following a significant tenure at Walt Disney World from June 2006 to December 2021. In the role of Sr. Event Manager, Devon oversees merchandise-related events, both on and off property. Previous positions at Walt Disney World include Merchandise Events Manager and Retail Guest Service Manager. Devon also served as an independent Sales Consultant for Tupperware Brands from 2010 to September 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Webster University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Missouri State University.
