Don Ross

Don Ross is currently the Director of Decision Science Technology at The Walt Disney Company, where they lead a high-performing team focused on infrastructure, data engineering, and custom application development. Previously, from 2002 to 2017, Don held various roles at Disney, including IT Manager and Consulting Director, where they contributed to the company's Analytics Center of Excellence. Don began their career as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting and later became a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. They are pursuing a BS in Computer Systems and Math with a minor in Business from Grove City College.
