Doug Steele

Doug Steele serves as the Sr. Director of Global Experience and Innovation at Carnival Corporation since August 2015. Prior to this role, Doug held multiple positions at The Walt Disney Company, starting in July 2008 as a Manager in Global Transformation and Operations Strategy, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on the globalization of processes in Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and Payroll. Doug also managed the Module Strategy for the MagicBand team within the My Magic+ Program, overseeing deployment and validation across various Disney properties. Earlier in the career, Doug was the VP and eCommerce Leader at General Electric. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Union College.
