Elyse Sears

Elyse Sears possesses a strong background in hospitality and event management, reflected through various roles in the industry. Experience includes serving as a Camp Counselor at Wilmington Recreation from July 2017 to July 2019, and as a Concierge at The Walt Disney Company from August 2025 to January 2024, where Elyse created exceptional guest experiences. Additional positions include working as a Disney Programs Representative, Front Desk Agent at Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Events Intern at Andre's Lakeside Dining and Events, and Hostess at both Crystal Springs Resort and PGA TOUR. Elyse completed a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in Event and Experience Management at Virginia Tech, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in the field.
