Eric Chaisson

Eric Chaisson currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations at The Walt Disney Company, a position held since May 2016. Chaisson has extensive experience in executive compensation and employee benefits, having previously held multiple vice president roles within Disney, including Vice President of Executive Compensation. Prior to Disney, Chaisson worked at Disney Interactive as Vice President of Compensation, HRIS, and Workforce Analytics. Earlier career positions include Compensation Manager at Texas Instruments and Intel, and Senior Director of Global Compensation at Activision. Chaisson began career as a Sr. Compensation Analyst at McLagan Partners in Tokyo, Japan. Educationally, Chaisson earned a BA in Japanese Language and Literature from the University of California, Davis, and completed studies at International Christian University.
