Eric Lam has over a decade of experience in content strategy, programming, and digital marketing within the broadcasting and streaming industry. Starting as a Programming Coordinator at Turner Broadcasting System, Eric advanced through various roles at The Walt Disney Company, including Lead of Curation & Planning for Disney+ in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and Director of Programming & Content Curation for six Southeast Asian markets. Previously, Eric held managerial positions at PCCW focusing on content development and acquisition, and served as Director of Digital Content at FOX Networks Group Asia, overseeing content strategy for multiple regions. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Master of Arts in Cultural Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
