Griffith Freeman holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Amherst College, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. They began their career with a summer internship at Guggenheim Partners in 2014 and later served as an Analyst and Associate at Tishman Speyer from 2015 to 2017. From 2018 to 2021, Griffith was the Growth & Data Analytics Lead at Street FC.
