Hamish Ainslie

Hamish Ainslie is the Vice President of Security for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at The Walt Disney Company, where they ensure the safety and security of operations across over 80 countries. Previously, Hamish held various leadership roles, including Chief Operations Officer at Wright & Partners and Director of Corporate Security at Barclays. With a strong background in security and risk management, Hamish also served as an Operations Manager at MineTech International and Kroll, focusing on humanitarian and strategic security solutions. Hamish's career began in the British Army, where they achieved the rank of Major in UK Special Forces. They earned an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
