Hugh Johnston

Hugh Johnston currently serves as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Walt Disney Company. Prior to this role, Hugh Johnston has been with PepsiCo since March 2010, where responsibilities have included Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman. Additional board positions include Independent Director at HCA Healthcare and Microsoft, as well as Advisory Council Member roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Peterson Institute for International Economics. Hugh Johnston is also a founding member of the Global CFO Council at CNBC. Educational credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from Syracuse University. Previous experience includes significant leadership roles at PepsiCo and Merck-Medco.
