Inga Chen

Inga Chen is an experienced product leader with a strong background in personalization and search across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Product at The Walt Disney Company, Inga has held multiple significant roles, including Director of Product focused on personalization, search, and machine learning. As the Founder and NYC Chapter Lead of Women In Product, Inga actively contributes to advancing women in the tech industry. Previous positions also include Product Lead at Spotify, Senior Product Manager at Squarespace, and Product Manager at Automatic Labs, where Inga played a pivotal role as the first business hire under the CEO/COO handling strategy, operations, finance, product marketing, and retail. Inga holds a B.S. and B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed a Backend Web Development certificate at General Assembly.
