James Goodwin is a technology and engineering leader with extensive experience in the security space, specializing in new product R&D, quality assurance, and team management. Previously, they served as Senior Vice President of Product Development at F5 Networks, where they developed a market-leading SSL VPN product and grew the San Jose office from 15 to over 300 engineers. Currently, James works as an Engineering Leader within Disney Ad Platforms, part of Disney's Entertainment & ESPN Product and Technology organization. They also serve on the board of the Mithil Prasad Foundation, supporting research for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). James holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and is pursuing an MS in Engineering Management and Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.
