Jane Howard is a Senior Counsel in Legal Affairs (20th Television) at The Walt Disney Company. They previously served as Senior Counsel and Counsel for various divisions within Disney, alongside roles at Crivello Carlson S.C. and Blumenfield & Shereff, LLP, where they focused on litigation and trademark prosecution. Jane began their legal career as a Law Clerk at NBCUniversal, conducting extensive research on production agreements and potential show liabilities. They were admitted to the bar in Wisconsin, Illinois, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin in 2012. Currently, Jane is pursuing a J.D. in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Wisconsin Law School and a BAJ in Journalism and Mass Communication and History at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
