Jay Bradshaw

Jay Bradshaw, PMP, has extensive experience at The Walt Disney Company, serving as Principal Technical Program Manager since September 1997. In this role, Jay leads strategic programs with significant executive engagement, notably overseeing the divestiture of the Star business and the Transitional Service Agreement Program Office. Previous positions include Senior Program Manager in ETech, where Jay managed complex technology-driven projects, and Manager of Enterprise Strategic Programs, responsible for initiatives related to the integration of Disney and 21st Century Fox. Jay has successfully driven various program management and process improvement initiatives throughout the organization, demonstrating expertise in delivering large-scale projects, vendor management, and business process analysis across diverse teams. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Business from California Lutheran University, a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate of Arts in Economics from Los Angeles Valley College. Additionally, Jay has served as an instructor for the Project Management Certificate Program at UCLA Extension.
