Jay Ong

Jay Ong is the Head of Disney Games Group at The Walt Disney Company, overseeing the global video game business across various brands, including Marvel, Lucasfilm, Disney, Pixar, and 20th Century, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Ong served as Executive Vice President and Head of Marvel Games from May 2014 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading Marvel's global video game initiatives. Ong's extensive background in the gaming industry includes roles at Blizzard Entertainment, Electronic Arts, and Microsoft Corporation, where positions ranged from Vice President of Games to Group Business Manager in Global Game Publishing. Ong co-founded Optimus Consulting Group and served as CFO at Electric Dreams, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA in New Products and Ventures Development from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley.
