Jen Yee

Jen Yee serves as the Director of Product Design for Design Systems at both The Walt Disney Company and Disney Streaming, with a concurrent role at Hulu, all starting in April 2022. Prior to this, Jen held the position of Principal Designer for Design Systems at Netflix from September 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading initiatives for the Experience Design team and enhancing accessibility frameworks. Jen's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Upwork, focusing on Design Systems and Accessibility, along with roles in product design and management at Elance and its successor Elance-oDesk. Jen began a career in special education as a Behaviorist before transitioning to design, grounded in an academic background in Psychology with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
