Jo Silk has extensive experience in marketing within the entertainment industry, currently serving in Ecommerce Performance Marketing and Shopper Marketing roles at The Walt Disney Company since April 2020. Prior to this, Jo held various positions at Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment from June 2004 to March 2020, rising to Senior Customer Marketing Manager overseeing strategic direction and product execution across Physical and Digital markets. Jo’s earlier roles included responsibilities as Digital Marketing Manager for the Prime Video account and managing customer marketing initiatives across major retail partnerships such as Tesco and Sainsbury's. Jo began the career at Buena Vista International (UK) as a Marketing Assistant, providing vital support to the marketing team. Jo holds a Marketing and Management degree as well as a degree in English, P.E. and Sports Science from Loughborough University.
