Joanna Ng

Joanna Ng is currently the Senior Manager of HR PMO Governance at The Walt Disney Company. They previously served as the Manager of Business Integration & Process Optimization in the Consumer Products division and have over ten years of experience in diverse industries, specializing in Change Management and Business Readiness. Joanna has held consulting roles at North Highland and Accenture, where they developed strategies for business integration, along with experience in project management, business process design, and training development. They earned a BA in East Asian Studies from UCLA and briefly attended Fudan University for a Business and Economics program.
