Joe Kiley is the Director of Distribution Operations for North America at The Disney Store, a position held since 2008. Kiley also served as Senior Manager of Facilities and Engineering at both Disney Direct Marketing and Disney Shopping, Inc., from 1998 to 2008. Prior to joining Disney, Kiley was the Director of Industrial Engineering at Carter Hawley Hale from 1988 to 1993. Educated at the University of Alabama, Kiley earned a BS Magna Cum Laude in Industrial Management and Computer Science between 1978 and 1982.
