Kabir Kumar is an accomplished professional in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Inclusive Workforce at The Walt Disney Company, Kabir has previously held positions such as Head of Strategic Initiatives and Global Belonging at Walmart, as well as Head of Community at Walmart.org. Additionally, Kabir has contributed as a Commissioner for the Arkansas Governor’s Commission on National Service and Volunteerism - EngageAR and as a Board Member at Interfaith America. Previous experience also includes roles as a Senior Development Officer and Development Officer at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. Kabir holds a Master's Degree in Policy and Management from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Brandeis University.
