Kate Smith worked in the entertainment industry from 2010, starting as a New Media Intern at Comcast-Spectacor. They served as an Assistant to a TV Partner at WME from 2011 to 2013, before becoming a Coordinator of Scripted Programming at AMC Networks from 2013 to 2015, where they contributed to the development of several acclaimed series. Since 2015, Kate has been with The Walt Disney Company in Original Programming for Hulu & ABC Entertainment, leading creative efforts on multiple award-winning productions. Kate holds a B.A. in Cinema Studies and Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
