Laura Davis

Laura Davis has over three decades of experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Organization Development at The Walt Disney Company since November 2015. Prior roles at Disney include Director and Senior Manager of Executive Development, with a focus on advanced consulting, executive coaching, organization design, and change management across domestic and international locations. Before joining The Walt Disney Company, Laura held leadership positions in organization development and human resources at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and Walt Disney World, with a career beginning in front office management. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University and has furthered education through the Behavioral Coaching Institute in Australia.
