Les Tsui

Les Tsui has extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry, particularly with The Walt Disney World Resort since July 2000. In various roles, including Backstage Magic Facilitator and VIP Tour Guide, Les introduced guests to the unique operations and culture of Disney, enhancing their appreciation of the experience. As a Facilitator, responsibilities included training new Guest Relations Cast Members on guest service and operational systems, as well as coordinating orientation for newcomers at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Les holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, acquired between 1994 and 2000.
