Lester Teo

Lester Teo is a tech and hospitality leader currently serving as the Senior Manager of Vendor and Outsourced Operations at The Walt Disney Company. With a robust background in trust and safety, they previously held key roles at Google, where they managed vendor operations and crisis response efforts across multiple global events. Lester started their career as a Programmer Intern at Qala Singapore Pte Ltd and has also worked with Airbnb and the Ministry of Manpower, showcasing a strong focus on vendor management and policy enforcement. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Enterprise Risk Management from the Asia Risk Management Institute.
